In my role, I act as a focal point at the interface of manufacturing, engineering, analytics, quality assurance, and external support teams. I lead and mentor the MIB Bio2.0 Program team for all quality-related activities in the Bio2.0 Improvement Program in the MIB buildings.

I also communicate transversally with production teams, Bio2.0 workstreams, and global quality to ensure synergies within the Bio2.0 program and the Insulin Campus Frankfurt (ICF). Additionally, I am responsible for ensuring regulatory and QMS compliance, preparing necessary documentation, and integrating new ways of working in the MIB facility.

As the Senior Manager Quality Bio2.0 Multi-Insulin Plant, I am also responsible for global coordination and documentation of quality or regulatory issues within project/change control procedures. Specifically, I track all GMP activities initiated.
